Volunteer Week 15-21 June

•

This World Volunteer Week, Owhango Alive extends a heartfelt thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who give their time and energy throughout the year to protect and restore our native environment.
From our dedicated trapline volunteers who head out in all weather, to those who roll up their sleeves at working bees, planting native trees, clearing blackberry, and creating safe habitats for our local wildlife, every effort makes a real difference. We also want to recognise the tireless work of our admin team behind the scenes, who keep everything running smoothly and ensure our projects stay on track.
If you would like to get involved, whether it’s helping on the traplines, joining a working bee, or assisting with admin support, we’d love to hear from you. Visit OwhangoAlive.com or email us at owhangoalive@yahoo.com.
Together, we’re restoring and protecting our special corner of New Zealand for generations to come.
